Our practice is currently hiring for LMSW and LCSW therapists in New York.

  • LMSW - W-2

    The LMSW-level therapists receive $43.50 per hour as a W-2 employee if they have less than 15 clients weekly. Above 15 clients weekly, we offer benefits packages.

    25-28 clients per week is full-time and is compensated at an annual salary of $54,500, with 4 weeks PTO, $1000 in available bonuses per year, $500 for training/tech, and $240 per month for health insurance.

    As a W-2 therapist with our group practice, you will receive weekly supervision with an LCSW-level clinician for hours toward licensure, access to referrals, to the electronic medical record, billing support, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, and virtual assistant/scheduling staff. You will also be attending virtual group supervision and didactics with other clinicians in the group practice.

    We do not have non-compete contracts with our clinicians, as we feel they are not ethical. If at any time you choose to leave our practice, we will fully support your transition and that of any clients who would like to follow you.

  • LCSW - W-2

    Our W-2 LCSWs have a similar structure to our LMSWs, with opportunities for benefits above a 15 client caseload.

    Full-time for LCSWs is 25-28 clients per week, with a 78,000 annual salary, 4 weeks PTO, $240 per month health insurance stipend, $1500 annual training/tech stipend, and $2000 budget for bonuses per year. LCSW Supervisors receive a salary of $81,500.
