Referrals
When you refer a client to Inner Lakes, you can expect a "warm hand-off.” This means that if you have a client you are concerned about, or would like to link with support, you can expect to have a speedy, personal response with either an admin or a clinician, and an intake for your client within 7 days. We then love to partner with other providers who are supporting the client, so we can provide the best possible supportive care as a team (with releases of information on file, of course).
