I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families. I am a certified Multidimensional Family Therapist and Supervisor (MDFT). The majority of my career has been in Child Welfare, working with families and their youth that have Mental and Behavioral Health challenges. I received my bachelors and master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and have been trained in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.

Currently, I am in training to become a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, as I have developed a new passion for maternal health. I believe families are the true experts of their lives and as a therapist I empower clients to unlock their strengths to overcome any challenges they may face. For fun I enjoy traveling, watching K-dramas and reading.
