Maddie Drilling (she/her), LMSW

Maddie is accepting new clients.

Have you felt overwhelmed, unheard, stuck, or off balance? Do you pause before sharing out of fear that you might be judged or misunderstood? Being vulnerable can feel uncomfortable, but know that you are not alone. Your story deserves to be told, and I am honored to listen.

I have experience working with various populations, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent individuals (specifically ADHD), and very recently, the perinatal population. The individuals I often work with are looking to navigate anxiety/depression, life transitions, stress, body image, emotion regulation, or the general use of coping skills. Together, we will identify your goals, build awareness around the interplay of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, challenge unhelpful patterns, and get you moving in a direction that feels authentic to you.

I utilize an integrative and collaborative approach that draws from various evidence-based modalities, such as CBT and elements of DBT, and is rooted in the principles of trauma-informed care.

From personal experience, I understand how difficult it is to take the first step. The therapeutic alliance is paramount, and I am excited to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you on your unique healing journey. I look forward to meeting you!
