It can be very difficult to navigate all of these stressors day-to-day, nonetheless do the work to reflect and restore. I believe in the way of “through”, I am an ever bringer of validation and hope, and holding space for your overall wellness.
My name is Shannon Holcombe, LCSW and in my practice, I have worked closely with adolescents, adults, older adults, and families and utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques. My specialities include anxiety and depression, addiction and recovery, emotion regulation, and trauma. I offer a person-centered, strength-based approach in my practice tailored to each client.
